Cancellation Policy: 

 

Your appointments are very important to me. I hold your appt just for you and ask if you must reschedule or cancel, you provide me with 48 hours notice.

• Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s).

​

• APPT ALTERATIONS: Please give me 48 hours notice if you plan on changing your scheduled services in any way, for example, if you plan on taking out your extensions, reducing the number of rows, or choosing not to do color. Doing so will result in a charge equal to 50% of your schedule services.

​

• NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service amount.

​

• LATE ARRIVALS: If you are 15 minutes late or more we may not have time to dry and/or style your hair.

Need a Fix?

​

HAND TIED: I recommend hand tied extensions be moved up every 6-8 weeks. If you have an issue before week 6 (bead slipping, weft unraveling, etc.) it will be free of charge to fix. Any issue after that will be subject to a fee.

​

HAIR LINGERIE: I offer one free fix after your initial install (not each subsequent move-up). All fixes after will be subject to a fee.
