- Please come in with clean hair. Color processes better on clean hair. This also applies to your maintenance appts. I don't wash your extensions unless we are coloring them.

- We are stocked with drinks and snacks. Feel free to bring something else if you'd like. You can also order food right to my suite. Appts can feel long on an empty stomach.

- Feel free to bring your laptop if you need to work. Also, if you'd like to wear headphones and listen to your favorite podcast I will not be offended.

- I will be taking before and after photos! This is pretty quick and painless. Bonus points if you come wearing makeup and something cute. Not required though!

- Please don't wear anything with a hood.

- If you must cancel please give at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged. Cancelation Policy.
